Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the volume of orders placed daily. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days; however, high order volumes or custom requests may require additional time, therefore the turn around time always changes. 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times may vary, and any customs fees or duties are the buyer's responsibility. ClassyNailz is not responsible for any delays or additional time spent at customs, nor are we liable for any taxes applied to your order upon arrival.

These are the estimated shipping times from dispatch:
• United Kingdom: 1-3 days
• Europe: 3-7 days
• United States/ Canada/ South America: 3-9 days
• Asia/ Africa/ Australia: 1-3 weeks
please note that there may be some longer delays, these are entirely out of my hands, so please bare it in mind.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package's journey. If an untracked shipping option is selected, ClassyNailz is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays caused by the postal carrier, or items lost when using untracked shipping. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
