Our pre-made sizes are available in small, medium, and large. Sizing guides are provided in the photo section of every listing for your reference. If you are unsure about your size, please select the 'custom size' option. Measure the width of your nail beds using a measuring tape and provide your nail measurements in the 'message to seller' section at checkout. If you do not find your size in the sizing chart, please contact us before placing your order.
For those who prefer to avoid the hassle of measuring or are concerned about accuracy, our Sizing Sample Pack is the perfect solution. This pack allows you to try on all available sizes to ensure a perfect fit. The Sizing Sample Pack is available for purchase in our store.
2. Turn around and shipping times:
International Shipping: All international parcels are sent via tracked and signed service to ensure secure delivery. Delivery time after dispatch: 3-9 days.
UK Shipping: All UK parcels are dispatched using tracked service. Delivery time after dispatch: 1-2 days.
Our typical turnaround time for crafting your nails is 2-4 business days. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that processing may take longer during peak periods. The current turnaround time will be prominently displayed on the homepage for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
3. How long do the nails last and stay on?
Our press-on nails are designed for durability and can be reused multiple times, making them an eco-friendly choice for nail enthusiasts. With proper care and maintenance, you can enjoy your favourite designs over and over again.
Proper preparation before applying your press-on nails is essential for achieving long-lasting results. You will receive detailed application instructions with your order to guide you through the process.
The longevity of the nails can vary based on your daily activities and how you care for them. With proper preparation and care, our nails can last on anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please note that the duration may also be influenced by the brand of nail glue you choose and the frequency of contact with water.

4. Custom orders and design changes:
Yes, we offer custom orders! If you have a specific design in mind or would like to make changes to an existing design, please send us a message, and we will respond promptly.
All of our orders are made to order and can be customized to suit your preferences. Whether you want your nails in a different color, a glossy or matte finish, or any design alterations, simply reach out to us, and we will be happy to discuss your ideas and create a personalised set just for you.
5. How many nails come in each set?
Each set contains 10 nails in the size you select.
6. What comes with my nails?
All nail orders come with a preparation kit which includes of a mini nail file, alcohol prep pads, cuticle pusher and mini buffer. We also include application and removal instructions with each order.
Any nail glue or adhesive tabs are sold separately.
Unless you request otherwise, multiple orders will be packaged together to keep down your shipping costs.
7. What glue do you recommend?
We recommend using professional nail glue such as KDS, you can purchase this in our shop or IBD 5 seconds nail glue.
8. What if I ordered the wrong size?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges and cannot be held responsible for orders placed in the wrong size.
To avoid this issue, we highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Sample Pack before placing your order. This pack allows you to try on all available sizes, ensuring you select the perfect fit for your nails.
